We are looking for motivated professionals currently working in or with previous experience in fitness, health and wellness, personal training, gym management, membership sales, coaching, or other client-facing roles who are interested in leveraging their existing skill set to build an additional income stream in the Life Insurance industry.
Whether you currently work in fitness, have experience selling memberships or personal training, have managed a team, owned or operated a gym, or are simply looking for an opportunity to build something alongside your existing career, this opportunity gives you the ability to start part-time, work remotely, and build at your own pace.
This opportunity may be a strong fit for individuals who already understand how to connect with people, build trust, stay disciplined, follow a process, and help clients make important decisions.
We work alongside DSI Groups , led by Dave Schneider, who has a background in the fitness industry and previously owned and operated Gold’s Gym locations in South Florida.
Having built and led businesses in the fitness space, Dave understands what it takes to work with people, develop relationships, manage activity, stay consistent, and build a performance-based career. That experience translates well into the insurance industry, where success comes from discipline, communication, coaching, and helping families protect what matters most.
This gives candidates coming from fitness, wellness, sales, or client-facing backgrounds the opportunity to explore a business model where many of the same skills can be applied in a new industry.

What You’ll Do:
Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
Understand their financial protection needs and goals
Present appropriate life insurance solutions
Help clients through the application process
Build long-term client relationships and your own book of business
Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training
Who We’re Looking For:

B2C or consultative sales
Financial services, insurance, or other client-facing sales roles
Candidates without an active life insurance license must be willing to obtain the appropriate license before conducting insurance business. We can help guide you through that process.

About the Opportunity:
This is a remote, commission-based independent insurance sales opportunity , not a salaried W-2 position. It can be pursued part-time or full-time depending on your goals and availability.
