Job description
We are looking for motivated sales professionals currently working in or with previous experience in financial services, insurance, or other client-facing financial roles who are interested in leveraging their existing skill set to build an additional income stream in the Life Insurance industry.
Whether you're currently working in financial services, have previous experience with a captive insurance company, or are looking for an opportunity to build something alongside your existing career, this opportunity gives you the ability to start part-time, work remotely, and build at your own pace.
We work alongside Protect & Prosper Group , led by one of our interview and training partners who spent two years with one of the country's leading financial planning and insurance companies before transitioning to the independent side of the industry.
Having experienced both models firsthand, he understands what it's like to build a business in a captive environment and what the transition to the independent side can look like. This gives candidates coming from financial services or insurance backgrounds the opportunity to speak directly with someone who has personally made that transition.

What You'll Do:
Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
Understand their financial protection needs and goals
Present appropriate life insurance solutions
Help clients through the application process
Build long-term client relationships and your own book of business
Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training
Who We're Looking For:
We are especially interested in professionals with experience in:
Financial services
Life or health insurance
Captive insurance organizations
Banking or lending
Mortgage or real estate sales
Pharmaceutical or medical device sales
B2B or other consultative sales environments
Candidates without an active life insurance license must be willing to obtain the appropriate license before conducting insurance business.

About the Opportunity:
This is a remote, commission-based independent insurance sales opportunity , not a salaried W-2 position. It can be pursued part-time or full-time depending on your goals and availability.
Interviews are conducted by members of our leadership team and may include our interview partner with Protect & Prosper Group , who helps candidates understand the opportunity, licensing process, training, and what transitioning into the independent insurance space can look like.
