Sales Specialist/Remote
The Edson Agency is growing and looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a career in the financial services industry.
Compensation:
This is a remote, performance-based sales position. Compensation is earned through commissions and production bonuses as well as achievable profit sharing and equity sharing opportunities. First year agents earn $80,000–$180,000+ annually.
No sales, financial services or insurance experience is required.
What You'll Do
Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance and financial services products — no cold calling
Help clients identify insurance and financial protection solutions that fit their needs
Use proprietary technology to manage and grow your book of business
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
