Job description
Physician Portal Sales SpecialistThe Physician portal sales specialist will be responsible for daily oversight and management of the Virtuox Provider Portal, as well as assisting the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams in related tasks. The Physician portal sales specialist maintains good public relations, provides customer service, and technical support to all user accounts.Duties and Responsibilities:Act as a client liaison between Virtuox, Providers, and DMEsProcesses Portal Registration requests – enrolling new Organizations and users, providing access to the VTX Provider Portal.Serves as a point of contact for Virtuox clients and internal teams via phone and email.Review, validate and process orders in Virtuox submitted via the Portal.Process, place and track consignment inventory orders for fulfillment.Manage and maintain consignment inventory levels for organizations.Run reports and analyze organizational statistics to ensure account performance is properly configured.Provides technical support and troubleshooting guidance to all users.Perform day-to-day support and monitor performance, ensuring that the VTX Provider Portal runs smoothly and efficiently.Calculates and reports weekly/monthly statistics as required by management.Work with internal and external partners to analyze and identify needs for enhancements, upgrades, or solutions to improve overall support of the platform.Escalate application problems to developers through Help DeskParticipate in team meetings.Become an expert in Virtuox platform with a complex understanding of HST and DME involvement.Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to support multiple clients and projects.Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems simultaneously with ease.Excellent customer service skills complemented by an ability to listen to and interpret client requests.Establishes and maintains effective communication and good working relationship with co-workers.Makes decisions reflecting knowledge of productivity and self-motivation.Displays a high-level of initiative, effort, and commitment to ensure the completion of assignments and projects in a timely manner.Ability to troubleshoot technology issues.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.Results driven. Steadfastly pushes self for results.Works under daily direction of the Sales TeamsCompletes training requirements defined by manager.Maintains regulatory requirements.Always Maintains patient confidentiality.Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.Physical DemandsMust be flexible in terms of working hours to meet the requirements of the position.Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.Must be able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.Must be able to speak clearly on the telephone.Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer as needed.Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.Qualification StandardsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: A minimum of 3 years of customer portal experience.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills.Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
