Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, and guide customers through every step to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
They are expected to meet monthly sales goals, maintain store cleanliness, monitor inventory, and support in‑stock levels to deliver excellent customer service.
