Position: Sales Managers
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70–$110/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:4–6 weeks
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated sales strategies, quota plans, and training materials for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI-generated responses based on strategic soundness, team-leadership rigor, and market-analysis quality.
Review sales management scenarios involving territory design, quota setting, and customer complaint resolution.
Provide expert feedback on sales-performance analysis to improve AI model outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI system performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
4+ years of experience in sales management roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Director.
Experience directing sales teams, setting sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal
Task-based payment upon first task approval.
Hourly payment for the remainder of the project after the first task.
