nAbout Us: Bernick’s is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.
nJob Summary: Sales Support Representatives sell in Bernick’s top brands and product promotions in customer accounts. For each assigned route, they build and maintain professional business relations and strive to be the preferred beverage provider to our customers.
nResponsibilities:
nnnSell and promote Bernick’s portfolio of leading brands
n
nnProvide PTO route coverage for full-time Soft Drink and Beer Sales representatives
n
nnMeet individual goals and team sales objectives
n
nnBuild professional relationships with all customer accounts
n
nnProvide exceptional customer service and first-class execution
n
nnEffectively communicate with Sales Team Members, Distribution, and customers
n
nnMerchandise and stock products in accounts as needed
n
nnOrder and organize POS materials to Support selling teams
n
n nHours: Full-time
nnnMonday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00PM or completion
n
nnHours/days and start time may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry

n nRequirements
nnnMust be 21 years of age
n
nnValid Driver’s License and driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
n
nnRegularly lift and move product weighing 50 pounds or more
n
nnMinimum 1-3 years Sales experience
n
nnAssociate's Degree in Sales, Business, and/or related field preferred
n
nnTravel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
n
nnTeam members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.
