International Sales Support

We are looking for someone to fill the position of International Sales Support, providing sales operations support for our showroom clientele. Sales Support will need to work independently and assist in maximizing revenue and profitability for our to-the-trade accounts. This position is a critical support member of the sales team and contributes to success as the primary day-to-day internal and external contact, project management, and problem solving.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary contact between the sales team and internal operations teams on all matters (i.e. product information, pricing, marketing requests, quality issues, etc).
Work with internal team members regarding: customer service, order processing, product transitions, financials, logistics & warehousing, and legal compliance issues.

Promote respect and trust amongst peers and management
Strong PC skills-Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Outlook, Navison, Google Applications
International Focus:
Understanding conversion of meters to yards, Sterling/Euros to dollars and calculate accurately
Understanding of calculating both VAT and Customs charges accurately
Build relationships with our third party showrooms via written and verbal communication to assist in establishing a deeper understanding of our brands
Demonstrate professionalism when communicating with international showrooms understanding different cultural variations
Ability to retain information relevant to both Perennials and Sutherland to assist our showrooms
Comprehensive knowledge of Navision customer cards and ledgers to accurately identify fund allocation prior to order posting.
Manage direct Salesforce leads that are passed down from the lead generation specialist.
Process INTL Direct client orders for countries that do not have showroom or OSR representation. This includes all product inquiries, quoting, status updates and communication that goes direct to designers. Elevated written communication required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior service in: interaction with showrooms, answering client inquiries, processing orders and effectively resolving concerns in a timely manner
Demonstrate and continuously expand a comprehensive knowledge of products and processes.
Assist in resolving client issues alongside the client assurance team to ensure complete satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Participate in developmental team meetings and activities to contribute to the success of the team.
Contribute to meeting monthly and yearly goals by generating weekly reports, proactively following up on orders pending shipment and reducing delays caused by errors.

Work Schedule: in-office schedule during standard business hours. Two of the work days per week may be worked remotely and may rotate based on business needs and team coverage. Specific scheduling will be coordinated with your manager.
