Total Quality Logistics in Norfolk, VA is seeking an energetic Recruiter to own the full candidate search process from sourcing to offer. This in-office role focuses on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
You will participate in a best-in-class training program, generate high-volume candidate flow, conduct phone screens, and guide new hires through onboarding with accuracy and care.
