Job description
Sales Tax CollectorThe Concordia Parish School Board is accepting applications for an immediate opening for a Field Collector in its Sales Tax Division. This person will assist the public with the tax payment process and ensure compliance via the monitoring of delinquent tax accounts and personal contact in the field. The individual must demonstrate a business and professional attitude and be able to communicate effectively with the public and maintain a working knowledge of the English language in oral and written communications. This is not an entry level position. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or appropriate experience in the field of accounting, or business related management.
