Job description
American Eagle Outfitters in Thornton, CO is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to guide daily store operations and execute business plans. You will train and coach a high-performing team to deliver a memorable guest experience and achieve sales goals.
You’ll lead by example on the sales floor and fitting rooms, drive KPIs, and ensure brand standards while maintaining store safety and asset protection. Excellent leadership, communication, and a customer-first mindset are required.
