Job description
Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Manager to serve as the primary technology partner to Sales leadership, expanding ownership from requirements to full solution definition and delivery with governance alignment.
You will bridge business vision, process design, technology strategy, architecture, and delivery planning. You will define scopes, MVPs, and workstreams, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business value and risk mitigation.
