This hybrid role involves providing excellent customer service to our current customers while also supporting the warehouse operations and handling occasional deliveries. If you're someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers, identify their needs, and assist with product selectionProvide accurate product information, pricing, and availabilityProcess sales transactions using DeacomMaintain a clean and organized warehouse & sales areaSupport Headquarters organization by driving current customer salesReceive, store, and organize incoming stockPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or deliveryConduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishmentMaintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouseLoad, secure, and transport goods to customers using a company vehicleEnsure timely and safe delivery of itemsObtain customer signatures and provide excellent service during deliveryReport any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or incidents promptlyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in sales, warehouse work, or delivery preferredValid driver's license and clean driving record (required for delivery duties)Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsDependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly wagePaid training and opportunities for advancementEmployee discountsA dynamic and supportive work environmentVariety in daily tasks—no two days are the same!Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
