Compensation
Compensation includes a $17.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $22.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.

What Youll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
- Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
- Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
