Salesforce Developer with Communication Cloud with experience in building scalable, cloud-based solutions for telecommunications. Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce data modeling, with a strong understanding of CPQ, order management, and subscriber lifecycle. Adept at customizing Communication Cloud features to enhance customer engagement, streamline service processes, and integrate with third-party systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Communication Cloud solutions.
Integrate Communication Cloud with third-party systems and internal tools.
Model data and implement CPQ and order management related features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
Salesforce development experience with Communication Cloud
Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data modeling
Strong understanding of CPQ, order management, and subscriber lifecycle
Adept at customizing Communication Cloud features to enhance customer engagement and service processes
Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
