Engagement Manager, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist / Agent Experience Designer
As an Engagement Manager, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving designs, builds, and optimizes autonomous AI agents and human-AI workflows inside Salesforce to improve customer service and employee productivity. You will lead high-impact projects that enhance customer data insights, optimize data governance, and implement predictive analytics solutions to improve business outcomes.
This role acts as the strategic bridge between business leaders, Salesforce technical teams, and implementation partners, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead discussions on AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and drive adoption of Salesforce Agentforce AI & Data Cloud capabilities.
Collaborate with Data, Salesforce and other teams to design and implement Agentforce solutions that meet client needs.
Salesforce Agentforce & Data Cloud Execution
Map out customer and employee workflows to figure out where autonomous or assistant AI agents can add value
Configure Agentforce templates, build prompt structures, and define action management workflows.
Link Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and external knowledge sources so agents have accurate real-time context
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and governance.
Develop and execute predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using Agentforce & other Data Cloud AI-powered insights.
Oversee the development of Agentforce Build & Implementation .
Partner with data engineers and Salesforce specialists to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability across enterprise solutions.
Team Leadership & Delivery
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, data analysts, and AI Engineers to execute high-quality data analytics and cloud implementation initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables are on track, meet client expectations, and provide tangible business value.
Stay ahead of Salesforce Data Cloud advancements, AI-driven analytics, and CRM industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, Data Cloud solutions, CRM Analytics, or enterprise data strategy.
Hands-on experience with Prompt Builder, custom topics, actions, and agent testing (ideally holding a Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist credential)
Direct experience building or managing Salesforce Agentforce agents
Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data governance, and integration best practices.
Skilled at communicating with stakeholders and leadership with updates using data storytelling and providing timely, concise and actionable updates.
Experience leading Salesforce Agentforce implementation projects, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact, analytics-driven solutions.
Preferred Certifications (At least one)
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
Salesforce AI & Data Cloud Specialist
CRM Analytics (CRMA) Certified
Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in Enterprise-level implementation, ideally Pharama/Life science industries.
