Job description
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Product Owner for Salesforce CRM capabilities, with primary focus on Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) and support for other lines across the CRM platform.
You will translate business needs into requirements and user stories, manage the backlog, and drive delivery through an Agile lifecycle while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve recruiter efficiency and client experience.
