Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our client's team in Charlotte, NC. You'll lead custom development using Apex and Visualforce, integrate back-office systems via middleware, and manage complex data migrations.

Description
Design and implement Force.com solutions following platform best practices, including peer code reviews.
Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Integrate Salesforce with back-office systems, often leveraging middleware tools.
Execute complex data migrations and ensure seamless system interoperability.

Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development, including Classic-to-Lightning migration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and experience with Salesforce Communities and AppExchange products (e.g., Apttus CLM, Conga).
Proven experience in data migration and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications; Salesforce Developer I certification required.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, develop prototypes quickly, and familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts (SaaS, PaaS).
