Required Skills
~10+ years of Salesforce development experience
~ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
~ Salesforce Service Cloud Certification – Required
~ Strong experience developing Apex Classes
~ Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
~ Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL
~ Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
~ Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
~ Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management
~ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
