1 year experience in a role whose responsibilities involved hands-on release management (May be release management role, RTE role or engineering role)
Skills:
Strong skills with Git and GitHub Workflows
Salesforce Programming (Apex, Javascript)
Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose failures quickly.
Basic familiarity with Agentic coding and AI tools
