LOCATION

This position may be performed remotely in the US from most states. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Salesforce Operations/Administration Manager, comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of Salesforce projects. You enjoy day-to-day support of Salesforce users, handling troubleshooting and ad-hoc training. You have proven skills acting as liaison with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Salesforce Operations Manager, you will ensure that Seagull gets the greatest value from our Salesforce CRM system, and all the applications that it integrates with. Salesforce functions as the system of record for client-facing teams within the company and is used to manage critical client data as well as day-to-day sales processes and workflows. You will:

Manage all aspects of Salesforce operations, including: New user account setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules

Resolving user support tickets, troubleshooting, and supporting day-to-day business processes

Monitoring and improving user adoption

Optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting

Assisting in training subject matter experts on the effective use of Salesforce

Configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports

Identifying and gathering requirements, translating into best practice and scalable solutions, with a focus on exceptional user experience

Creating a platform roadmap and defining priorities with stakeholders

Maintaining a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identifying areas open to process improvement within the SFDC environment

Liaising and owning the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders

Overseeing data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

Implementing new processes, educating sales operators and teams on utilizing the new tools and methods

Developing and owning the onboarding and training of all new and ongoing Salesforce users

Working with integrated applications, includingZendesk, Marketo, MuleSoft, JIRA

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Salesforce Certification as an Administrator or Advanced Administrator

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/management experience withSales Cloud, CPQ+, Partner Relationship Management, and MuleSoft

Ability to translate high-level global sales strategies into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact

Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce data loader

Proactive mindset toward platform enhancements

Experience designing scalable, best-practice solutions

Experienced in change management and governance

Project management experience preferred

Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Highly self-motivated, proactive and directed, with keen attention to detail

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, professional qualifications, or equivalent work experience

Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation for this full-time job is a startingannual base nearthe midpoint of thefull salary band ($96,800- $145,300),andpotential for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may beinfluenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and education.
