Job description
We are seeking a
Software Solutions Architect to lead the technical design, modernization, and optimization of enterprise-level case management systems.
Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 90 miles required)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite: Wednesdays & Thursdays | Remote: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays)
Interview Process: Round 1: Virtual (MS Teams Video) Round 2: In-Person
Key Skills & Experience Required
Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years hands-on experience +
2 3 Active Salesforce Certifications
(Salesforce Architect cert preferred)
Core Technical Stack: 5+ years experience in
SQL ,
Java , and
Web Services Development
CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience designing pipelines-as-code, branching strategies, and automated code/testing workflows
Requirements & Design: 5+ years translating business and technical requirements into scalable enterprise solutions
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical stakeholders and dev teams
Primary Responsibilities
Architect and design solutions using
Sales, Service, Experience Cloud , and
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Apply
Salesforce's Well-Architected Framework and conduct platform health assessments
Support
Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC) and 24/7 high-availability system operations
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive system integrations
Requirements & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Work Authorization: Must be eligible for permanent direct hire without requiring visa sponsorship
