Job description
Start: Must be onsite Day 1
Interview: 2nd Round - Onsite in Boston
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and technical governance of a major Public Sector Salesforce implementation .
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) – preferred
Strong Salesforce integrations and enterprise system architecture
Salesforce REST API, SOAP API & Bulk API
Experience with security, scalability, performance & governance
Strong technical leadership, code reviews & developer mentorship
Salesforce certifications required
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs
Lead end-to-end architecture across Salesforce, MuleSoft and connected enterprise systems
Review data flows, integrations, technical designs and system dependencies
Establish and enforce architecture, security and coding standards
Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams
Conduct architecture and code reviews
Guide API, data modeling and integration strategies
Partner with internal teams and external vendor partners
Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, governance and security standards
Evaluate Salesforce product releases and roadmap features
Identify opportunities for performance optimization and platform improvements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
