Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of overall IT experience.7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.Proven experience leading technical teams of 5 or more FTEs.Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting:3K-5K+ internal users300K - 400K+ external registered users5-6 million+ data recordsStrong experience designing multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
