Job description
aFit is seeking a Business Analyst / Training & Change Management Specialist to drive training development, user readiness, and change initiatives during enterprise technology deployments.
You will translate complex system functionality into clear training content, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, and partner with leaders, project teams, and end users to ensure adoption and effective use of new processes.
