Make a positive first impressionConnect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetingsBe the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fitMaintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processingManage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently.
