Salon Client Relations ManagerDrybar – No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. Drybar focuses on one thing and does it best — blowouts. We're seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team.Hiring for schedule: Mon 9am-5pm, Tues 7am-3pm, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri 7am-3pm, Sat 7am-3pm, Sun 9am-5pmWhat You'll DoLead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client serviceSupport and coach team membersManage supplies and product organizationDrive membership and retail salesCoordinate group events and social media contentOpen and close the salon as a key holderWhat You'll Love$16–$20/hr based on experience and performanceMedical benefitsFree monthly blowouts + retail discountsCommission on membership salesGrowth opportunities and ongoing trainingWhat You'll Bring2+ years' experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement)Strong communication, organization, and leadership skillsReliable, proactive, and positive attitude
