nYour Responsibilities:
nMeet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
nProvide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
nConsult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
nMaintain a clean and organized salon environment.
nHandle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
nComplete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
nWhat We’re Looking For:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
nAt least 18 years old.
nRetail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
nAbility to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
nAbility to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
nReliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
