Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a busy Raleigh salon, directing staffing, scheduling, training, and daily operations to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will supervise team performance, ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance, and partner with leadership to drive growth and service excellence.
This role requires strong leadership, sales and client-service skills, experience managing in fast-paced environments, and the ability to coach and mentor staff.
