Job description
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Salon Development Partner to drive growth within existing salon partners and open new Aveda salons. You will build relationships with salon owners and educators, deliver brand training, and execute a robust call cycle across regions.
You will travel as needed to meet targets, promote Aveda programs, and increase product penetration while maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.
