Job description
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Salon Development Partner to drive growth with current and new Aveda salon partners. You will open new salon accounts, expand the product mix, and lead training and events across regions to meet sales goals.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail/salon management within cosmetics, strong coaching and presentation skills, and proven ability to plan strategically while negotiating effective partnerships.
