Job description
RSM US LLP in Chicago seeks a senior SALT professional specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions to guide multinational corporations, private equity, and closely held companies through state and local tax planning, due diligence, and transaction execution.
As part of the SALT M&A practice, you will lead tax due diligence, assess nexus and exemptions, and identify opportunities for additional SALT services, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
