Job description
RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) Merger and Acquisitions practice in Dallas, Texas. You will advise clients on state and local tax aspects of M&A transactions and manage multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree, 8+ years of tax experience including 5 in SALT, and requirement for a CPA or JD.
A competitive benefits and compensation package is provided. The salary range for this role is $141,900 - $284,900.
