Job description
Join a fast-paced retail operations team as a Sample Coordinator supporting seasonal product flow and sample management in a hybrid of hands-on organization and cross-functional communication. This onsite 12-month contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, collaborating with merchandising partners, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Track incoming samples to help ensure they are received on time for each seasonal flow.
Keep samples organized and maintain records related to receiving and tracking information.
Communicate with merchandising partners about sample arrivals, delays, and related updates.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with brand partners and internal teams.
Assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems and tools.
Support the broader team with additional projects and day-to-day needs as assigned.
Skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Attention to detail and comfort working with records, tracking, and documentation.
Professional, collaborative, and dependable approach to daily work.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting sample management, merchandising, or retail operations.
Familiarity with multiple systems and administrative workflows.
Ability to adapt quickly in a seasonal, fast-moving environment.
Prior experience building relationships across teams and vendors.
Comfort learning new processes and contributing to team projects.
