Job description
Samsung Home Theater SpecialistAs a Samsung Home Theater Expert, you'll work in one of our retail stores to demonstrate and sell home theater products with emphasis on the Samsung brand. First, we'll give you all the training you need to be an expert. Once you're trained, you'll explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand and see each product's unique value. You'll also work closely with other sales associates as you share your knowledge about Samsung products to ensure the team is ready to assist customers with the brand.What You'll DoMaintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technologyDebrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customersSupport sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives and overall financial performance goals.Basic QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fieldsAbility to work successfully as part of a teamAbility to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekendsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions1 year of experience working with consumer electronicsWhat's In It For You We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
