Job description

Webcor seeks a Project Director for the San Diego area to oversee projects from preconstruction to close-out. You will serve as the interface between Owner-Architect-Contractor-Webcor, lead business development and manage profits and losses.

The role requires deep market knowledge of San Diego, a strong local network, and the ability to assemble teams, manage risk, and ensure safety and on-time, on-budget delivery across mega projects.
