Job description
Paul Hastings LLP seeks to hire a 3rd-6th year associate to join an elite complex litigation, regulatory, environmental and energy practices in its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. The group handles sophisticated matters ranging from cutting-edge litigation, the development of utility-scale renewables (e.g., solar, wind, battery) and mixed-use real estate projects, complex regulatory matters, and enforcement defense, to corporate transactions.
Ideal candidates will have excellent research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and experience in some or all of the aforementioned practice areas.
Candidates with 2+ years of experience at an AmLaw Firm in this practice area preferred; prior federal clerkship desired.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
