Sanitation WorkerExpress Employment is working closely with a well-known meat processing and packaging facility located in La Crosse, WI. This company is on the hunt for qualified candidates for their sanitation department that exhibit strong teamwork skills and attention to detail! These are long-term, full-time opportunities with opportunities for excellent benefits at hire on.Wage & Hours:2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00pm-2:00am or 3:00am pending workload, $20/hourSanitation responsibilities include, but not limited to:Cleaning office, production, processing, restrooms, and lounge areasPrepare machinery for deep cleaning, removing materials from machinesPerform scheduled maintenance duties and special projects as assignedObtain and apply appropriate cleaning solutions to surfaces as outlinedMaintain and abide by regulations and standardsAssist packers manually assembling boxes/cases as neededOther duties as assignedSanitation qualifications include:HSD or GED preferredPrevious food grade or hospital/surgical grade sanitation experience is preferredAbility to sit, stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40lbs throughout shiftMust possess exemplary time management and communication skillsKnowledge of hand tools, floor sweepers, and forklifts are preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
