Sanitation Specialist – 2nd ShiftPay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Schedule: Rotational schedule, including every other weekend Location: Midlothian, TX Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (6 Months)About the RoleWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Specialists to join a beverage manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility areas to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety guidelines to help prevent contamination and maintain product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize industrial machines, production equipment, and manufacturing areas.Follow established GMP guidelines, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.Disassemble and clean equipment components as required by sanitation procedures.Safely operate cleaning equipment and use approved cleaning chemicals.Inspect machinery and work areas to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation standards are met.Follow procedures to prevent cross-contamination and protect product safety.Remove waste and maintain organized sanitation supplies.Work with team members to complete daily sanitation tasks and maintain a safe production environment.QualificationsPrevious sanitation experience preferred, especially in beverage manufacturing, food production, or industrial environments. Must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience cleaning and sanitizing industrial machinery is a plus. Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and humid environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and flexibility to work a rotational schedule, including weekends. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
