If you're an animal lover with a heart for independent businesses and a drive for excellence, we want you on our team!What You'll Do:The Facilities & Sanitation Associate is responsible for performing routine scheduled facility cleaning and maintenance, including but not limited to: trash collection, sweeping, dusting, washing floors/dump bin/shelves/barrels/balers, restroom cleaning, charging equipment, loading and sorting pallets, baling cardboard and assisting with pest control programs.Maintain the facility by supporting each department with sanitation and cleanliness needsPerform duties on the Master Cleaning Schedule for daily, monthly, annual and "as needed" tasksAdhere to food safety and quality assurance policies and proceduresComplete cleaning schedule logs and equipment checklistsPerform minor repairs to some equipment, as well as light warehouse maintenanceReceive and perform additional cleaning/leveling assignments as necessaryMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelinesLifts 30-40 lbs frequentlyRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Candidate must have the ability to read, write and understand EnglishGood communication skillsStrong attention to detail and good time-management with the ability to multi-task and follow upWork both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environmentSome working knowledge of GMPs, food defense, pest control and food safety preferredCandidate must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance and a positive, professional attitudeHigh School Education or equivalentExperience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, ride-on pallet jack), preferredFood industry and audit experience a plusCompensation: $18.78/hourSchedule: 2:00pm- 10:30pm($1.00 dollar added for Differential)Pawsome Perks of Joining PFX:No Scheduled Weekends! – More time for family, adventures, or just lounging with your pets.Full Benefits Package – Medical, dental, and vision to keep you feeling your best.401(k) with Employer Match – Because your future matters.Safety Footwear Reimbursement – We help keep your feet comfy and protected!Overtime Pay – Extra $$ for extra hours (because your time is valuable).Paid Holidays – Celebrate, relax, and recharge—on us!Employee Discounts on Pet Food & Supplies – Because your pets deserve the best, too!Ready to join the pack?
