Job description

Why Ecowize?

As part of our team, you’ll join a mission-driven organization committed to food safety, innovation, and people development. If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and make a measurable difference, this role is for you.

Your Role: Area Manager (Sanitation)

As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee multiple sanitation sites within a designated region, ensuring top-tier service delivery, compliance, and team performance. Reporting to the Division Manager, you’ll lead Site Managers and their teams to meet client expectations, safety standards, and sanitation protocols. You will be the critical link between client success and internal execution — balancing strategy and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sanitation operations across multiple facilities to deliver high-quality, compliant service.

Coach and develop Site Managers to build high-performing teams aligned with safety and food quality standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance) to drive performance, resolve issues, and implement best practices.

Ensure readiness for audits and support corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.

Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, labor usage, and resource allocation to meet company and client goals.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and frontline engagement.
