Job TitlePosition at JBS USA Pipestone, MN - Location SANITATION/ CLEAN-UP - 3RD SHIFT - $20.50/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential (Starting out) - $46,800+/ yrly earning potentialEstimated Schedule: (may vary day to day)Monday PM – 10:30pm – 6:30amTuesday PM – 10:30pm – 6:30amWednesday PM – 10:30pm – 6:30amThursday PM – 10:30pm – 6:30amFriday PM – 10:30pm – 6:30amSaturday PM (as needed) – 10:30pm – 6:30amBenefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment; Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays, Vacation Time and 6 company observed holidays; 401(k) AND MORE!Overview/ SummaryThis position will consist of cleaning and sanitizing the plant to maintain conformance to USDA standards within a schedule to ensure maximum operating time.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesClean/ wash down and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production. Follow sanitation procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), USDA and FDA regulations for all sanitation tasks. Set up, stock and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Comply with and understand company policies and standards. Support and follow all Food Safety and Plant Safety policies, practices and protocols.Basic QualificationsPrevious Sanitation experience is preferred, but not required Previous knowledge and technical skills in sanitation, meat processing jobs and chemicals is preferred Good communication skills and able to follow directions Team Player Good/Excellent Attendance Self-motivated and punctual. Able to work in a fast pace environment/ stay on task Detail oriented & focused Must be at least 18yrs of age Authorized to work in the United StatesWork Environment And Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, bending and walking, which may be required for long periods of time Slippery floors, damp/wet environment, cold temperatures, and loud ambient noise Ability to handle multiple tasks & high pressure hoses Safely handling and being exposed to chemicals May have schedule changes Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50# unassistedExpectations: We expect you to report to work every day at your scheduled start time.
