Job description
Nightly Cleaning Shift PositionPurpose: To clean the processing facilities nightly to Herbruck's Quality Standards.Essential Job Duties:Must follow all company HACCP rules and GMPsDisassemble, sanitize, and reassemble the parts of the equipment.Use and operate a power washerUse and operate the air compressor to clean equipment.Wet and scrub equipment.Follow the assigned cleaning and sanitizing checklist.Perform any/all other duties assigned to youAbility to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageWilling to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assignedDoes not own or maintain routine contact with swine or birdsPhysical Demands:Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floorsAbility to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lbs. continuously throughout the dayPeriodically lift up to 50lbsSafety:Follow all company safety rulesProper PPELOTO Authorized per assigned job dutiesLadder Safety TrainedHearing Conservation TestingBenefits Highlights:Competitive wages & PTOFree Wellness ClinicPremium Free Health Care option.401(k) match.
