Sanitation Worker – Day Shift (Lakeville, MN)Masterson Staffing, in partnership with our valued client, is hiring Sanitors to start immediately!Schedule:Saturday and Sunday: 5:00AM – 5:00PMPay:$16.00/hourPosition SummaryAs a sanitation worker, you’ll be an essential part of the team, responsible for cleaning the plant area and equipment, and assisting with waste removal.Key ResponsibilitiesClean general plant areas and equipment using tools such as brooms, brushes, spray bottles, mops, squeegees, water and air guns, and vacuums.Work safely and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.Maintain food safety and quality standards by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), allergen controls, HACCP, SQF, and all regulatory requirements.Document and uphold preventative controls related to sanitation.Immediately report any food safety or quality concerns to management.Collaborate with team members and share knowledge across departments.Continuously develop technical, functional, and leadership skills.Ideal CandidateSelf-motivated and dependableBilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!Benefits OfferedMedical and dental insurance401(k)Holiday and vacation payHow to ApplyContact Masterson Staffing in Eagan at or visit us at:2075 Cliff Road, Suite 104, Eagan, MN 55122Masterson Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
