Job description
Sanitarian PositionWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Sanitarian to help maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe production facility. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, food-contact surfaces, and production areas; following sanitation procedures and food safety standards; operating cleaning equipment; documenting sanitation activities; and assisting with pre-operational inspections.This position requires working in wet, humid environments, standing for extended periods, performing physical labor, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Candidates must follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements, wear required PPE, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM until completion (typically around 7:30 PM), with occasional overtime, weekends, or early morning inspections.Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAble to lift up to 75 lbsStrong attention to detail and dependabilityAbility to work in varying temperatures and wet conditionsWillingness to follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety proceduresThis role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary environment that supports product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
