Sanitation Shift Leader
Donuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area every single night. Our Sanitation Leader plays a critical role in making that happen — overseeing a team of Sanitation Specialists, enforcing food safety standards, and working alongside department leaders to keep every corner of the facility clean and compliant. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and holds their team to a high standard.
What You'll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sanitation Specialists to complete all nightly sanitation tasks safely and on time
Audit sanitation activities throughout the facility and communicate any deficiencies
Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized on schedule
Complete and verify the nightly Sanitation Checklist
Identify safety violations and report them promptly to the Plant Manager
Submit maintenance and repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
Hold your team accountable to uniform, hygiene, punctuality, and company policies
What We're Looking For:
Prior sanitation experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environment
Proven ability to lead a team of 2 or more
ServSafe certification (or equivalent) preferred — not required
Self-starter who can manage their team and workload with minimal supervision
Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with other department leaders
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Available for overnight shifts, 12:00am - 8:00am on a 7-day flexible schedule
What You'll Earn:
Starting pay $17.00-$20.00/hour
