Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd ShiftDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Sanitation Supervisor for a food production company in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this leadership role, you'll oversee sanitation operations, promote food safety compliance, and lead a team responsible for maintaining a clean and safe production environment. Read below for more information!Lead, train, coach, and develop sanitation team membersAssign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure all sanitation tasks are completedConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing employee feedbackPromote and enforce OSHA, food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance standardsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses while implementing corrective actionsOversee sanitation activities throughout warehouse, production, refrigerated, frozen, and office areasMaintain sanitation records, inspection documentation, and regulatory compliance logsPrevious sanitation leadership or supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment preferredKnowledge of GMPs, HACCP requirements, food safety standards, and OSHA regulationsStrong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skillsAbility to work overnight hours on a Tuesday-Saturday scheduleAbility to lift up to 51+ pounds occasionally, 21-30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds continuouslyAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical sanitation duties throughout the shiftAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if requiredEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
