As our Sanitation Supervisor, you'll lead the team responsible for making sure every inch of our production facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. You'll plan the schedules, train the crew, and be the person everyone counts on when it's time for an audit or inspection. If you take pride in high standards, hands-on leadership, and protecting the safety of the food supply, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoLead and manage sanitation processes that maintain and continuously improve cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiencySupervise and support a team of sanitation personnel, providing hands-on guidance, training, and oversightDevelop, implement, and monitor sanitation schedules so all equipment and facility areas are properly cleaned and sanitizedGet to the root cause of contamination issues and help the team fix them for goodCoordinate sanitation activities to minimize disruption to production while keeping compliance on trackEnsure the proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals in line with safety and regulatory guidelinesKeep accurate documentation of sanitation activities, schedules, chemical usage, and verification recordsPartner with production, quality, and leadership teams across shifts to keep sanitation effective and on scheduleJump in with hands-on support on the production floor whenever it's neededSupport environmental monitoring programs and corrective actionsWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is a plus5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation environment preferredFamiliarity with food safety standards (GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, SQF) preferredStrong leadership skills with a track record of training and developing a teamExcellent time management and the ability to consistently meet deadlinesSharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to food safety and cleanlinessSolid understanding of sanitation chemicals, concentrations, and application methodsAbility to safely operate sanitation equipment (pressure washers, foamers, scrubbers, and similar tools)Comfortable navigating sanitation tracking systems or software (e.g., CMMS or sanitation logs)Why You'll Love Working HereWe believe leaders who protect our people and our product deserve to be well taken care of.
