Dora, FL Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift: Monday- Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesDismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipmentUse cleaning chemicals in proper concentrations according to company guidelinesProperly label, store, and maintain sanitation chemicalsEnsure PPE stations are adequately stockedPerform routine and deep cleaning of: Production areasCultivation areasOfficesRestroomsStorage spacesOperate and move heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment, including: Industrial floor scrubbers/cleanersPressure washersSanitation equipment weighing 100+ lbsMove heavy equipment and furniture during cleaning proceduresMaintain exterior areas and parking lotsRemove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for pickupRespond to emergency cleaning and sanitation requestsEnsure all rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stockedPerform additional duties as needed to support operational goalsRequired Skills & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to take direction and work independentlyStrong attention to detailExperience in a GMP/manufacturing environment preferred but not requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskSafety-focused mindset with commitment to following company proceduresWillingness to work overtime, including short-notice requestsLanguage SkillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingComfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organizationPhysical DemandsFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and liftingRegularly lift up to 50 lbsAbility to push, pull, and maneuver industrial cleaning equipment weighing over 100 lbsAbility to safely operate heavy-duty sanitation equipment in wet or fast-paced environmentsExposure to moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, fumes, and cleaning chemicalsWork EnvironmentExposure to chemical fumes, herbal aromas, dust, and airborne particlesWet and humid working conditionsPPE provided and required as needed, including masks, gloves, and protective gearFast-paced environment requiring flexibility and strong attention to safety and cleanlinessCuraleaf Pay Transparency$16 - $16 USDWhat We Offer:Career Growth OpportunitiesCompetitive Pay and BenefitsGenerous PTO and Parental Leave401(K) Retirement PlanLife/ Disability InsuranceCommunity InvolvementReferral Bonuses and Product DiscountsBenefits vary by state, role type, and eligibility.Curaleaf is an equal opportunity employer.
