This is a physically demanding position that involves working in both hot and cold environments.Key responsibilities include:Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, floors, and work areasOperating high-pressure hoses, sanitation tools, and cleaning chemicalsFrequently lifting and moving hoses, equipment, chemical containers, and trash/inedible containers weighing 20–80 lbs throughout each shiftFollowing all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocolsMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environmentAssisting with janitorial duties as neededWorking outdoors occasionally, as requiredWhat We're Looking ForMust be 18 years of age or olderLegally authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to regularly lift up to 80 lbs (with assistance)Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)Prior sanitation or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredBENEFITS & PERKS:At Clemens Food Group, we are committed to supporting our team members both personally and professionally.
